Antique Hall Mirror
Always looking for a place to hang my hat, here's one spot I found -- an old-fashioned hall mirror -- that proves to be both handy and handsome. Best of all, it's also easy to build.
That's good news because this hall mirror could be used in most every home. More than a hat rack, the mirror also makes a small front hall look bigger and brighter. It also affords you the opportunity to check your appearance one last time before you head out the door.
Like the hall mirror, we also have plans for a hall tree which, besides a mirror, also has room to store umbrellas and canes, gloves, scarves and hats. As well, it has a comfortable seat upon which you can sit and tie your shoes. For a larger, entry-hall bench, you can build our Deacon’s bench as well.
When finished, the hall mirror measures approximately two feet across and three feet tall.
