Fortunately, this porky little guy is easy to build, takes just a few hours and requires only everyday tools. All the supplies you'll need are listed in the plan's bill of material. Cut your wood to size and then trace our full-scale templates right on to the wood. Saw each of the parts as listed in the cutting schedule, sand and then assemble with finishing nails and carpenter's glue.
