5051 - Child's Deacon Bench - This pint-size deacon's bench makes for a great toy chest, it's a convenient spot on which the kids can tie their shoes, it's attractive and it's easy to build. The bench is also inexpensive and can be made in just a few hours. Parents and grandparents couldn't ask for a better project!

All you have to do is trace our full-size patterns on to your wood, saw out the pieces, and assemble using nails and glue. Finish the project with non-toxic paint or stain the bench as you see here.

The completed chest measures approximately 32 inches long, 13 inches wide and 26 inches tall.
