Mission Buffet
This classic example of Mission-style furniture will beautify any home in which it is featured. While intended primarily for the dining room, where it would complement a set of Mission dining table and chairs, this buffet has the simple elegance to be a standalone statement piece – particularly in the larger home where it could serve as the end-piece in a wide hallway or standing against any expanse of open wall.
Built of oak, and featuring reproduction brass fittings which reflect the late 1800s, this unit incorporates two cupboard-style storage areas flanking three central drawers and provides ample storage space for dishes, table linen and cutlery.
The plans for this project detail all you need to know to build the Mission buffet, and come with a complete materials list, step-by-step instructions and illustrations.
