This standard size screen door, 203 cm (H) x 81 cm (W) x 3 cm (D), will provide an attractive finishing touch to the appearance of your home while adding to your comfort in the summertime and possibly helping save on your energy bills. In summer, opening the inside door will promote a cross breeze which will help cool the house while keeping out insects, and in winter the screen door will provide an added wind break which will help cut down cold air drafts.

The door’s slats and rails are made of 5 cm x 15 cm cedar and joined by the pinned mortise and tenon technique; this combination of material and construction method assures a long, low-maintenance door life.
